IT Recruitment Manager

A Florida native, Mike Korman has been recruiting for the Information Technology industry for over ten years. After graduating from Florida State University, Mike began his career with one of the nation’s largest privately held staffing firms. He quickly made a name for himself, winning the “rookie of the year award” and was promoted to senior level recruiter and account manager within his first year. Throughout his tenure, Michael was nationally recognized as a top producer for his company.

As a result of his hard work and dedication, Mike was offered a unique opportunity with a national competitor to create, develop, and mature an IT department. He rose to the challenge, and after only six months, he achieved an astonishing 200% growth in his department.

In 2011, Mike was again presented with an opportunity to continue his professional growth. Leveraging his skill set and experience, Mike joined a leading local search firm as Manager of IT Recruiting Operations. In January 2015, Mike decided it was time to strike out on his own and he joined Pitisci & Associates, a company whose mindset, philosophy and intensity mirrored that of his own.
